Beamon Family Farm is a small hobby farm located in Youngsville NC.
We are home to a herd of registered Alpines and Mini Alpines with a pet pig and a fainting goat thrown in!
About Us
Dedicated Breeders
After conducting a wealth of research on dairy goats and attending numerous fairs and goat shows, we felt prepared to welcome out first goats home in the spring of 2019. Since then, we have continued to rely on our mentors for best practices and great quality breeding stock. Improving our herd and our breeding program is a priority. We plan to participate in performance programs like Linear Appraisal and Milk Tests to ensure we are producing the best stock possible. We are members of both ADGA and MDGA.
Healthy Herd
We conduct regular disease testing to ensure that the herd is happy and healthy. We also feed high quality hay and grain specifically formulated for dairy goats. The herd also has access to a wooded pasture where they love to browse.
Alpines and Mini Alpines
We fell in love with the Alpine breed for their docile friendly nature, good milk production and fun personalities. Mini Alpines came naturally as a way to get the same goat we love in just a slightly smaller package suited for small homesteads.

Kidding season started on February 9 and runs through mid April!
